Hardwood Floor Installation

We install both solid and engineered hardwood floor, including Bamboo. The most common wood floors we offer are:

White oak
Red oak
French oak
Walnut
Maple
Brazilian Cherry

Our floors can be glued, nailed or floated depending on the type of sub floor you have, and your life style needs.

Being certified by the National Wood Flooring Association we guarantee a successful installation for years to come.

Installation Process

Step 1

Removal of existing floors; tile, carpets, laminate and wood floors

Step 2

Preparing the sub floor is crucial for a successful floor installation. All sub floors must be flat, dry and clean. In some cases the concrete slab needs a full leveling (see pictures) before moving forward.

Step 3

To ensure a successful installation we test all sub floor (concrete and wood) for moisture and relative humidity levels. It is the only way to know how long to acclimate the wood before installation.

Step 4

If needed we install complete sub floor systems including a vapor barrier.

Step 5

The floor can then be installed

Step 6

We acclimate the floor in place after installation and then provide a full sanding service.

Sanding and finishing complete
