While achieving a flat floor, the machines contain all the dust within a closed bag, or immediately send it into a HEPA filtered vacuums. That way, all the dust stays in the machines and doesn&#8217;t go air borne.<\/p>\n<p>If you or your loved ones have allergies, asthma or respiratory concerns \u2013 our company is the way to go when refinishing your floors. Not all finishes are created equal, and just because a label says \u201cwater base\u201d doesn&#8217;t mean safe. We still encourage our clients to stay out of the house for the minimum duration of the application of finish coats.
